Allergen statement
None of our vanilla products contain any of the 14 major allergens, and our specifications record no cross-contamination risk for any of them. All our vanilla products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and contain no GMO materials. Full details are in each product specification, available on request.

Quality questions
Is Zazou Emporium SALSA certified?
Yes. Our London site is SALSA certified for repacking vanilla beans and vanilla products into vacuum pouches, PET bottles and glass bottles. Our current certificate (no. 22976) runs to March 2027.
Do your vanilla products contain allergens?
